In as few as 3 months, the Institute of Certified Tax Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICTAZ) in partnership with its training partners, [Training Qualifications Certification Board (TQCB) – UK] and [Tax Academy (Zimbabwe)] offers you an opportunity to attain a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Taxation, status of a Certified Tax Accountants (CTA), Membership of the Institute (AICTA/ FICTA) and Registration with the Public Accountants & Auditors Board (PAAB) - Zimbabwe as Registered Tax Accountant [RTAcc(Z)].
The Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Taxation will provide you with in-depth exposure in tax compliance, tax planning and tax policy. The programme is practical, emphasizing the skills and knowledge you’ll need in the workplace and in practice.

Registration as a Student
Registration as a student member with the Institute of Certified Tax Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICTAZ) is a precondition for taking the examination.
The registration can be done online (click here to register)
or by downloading and completing the pdf Student/Membership Application form.
Completed application form must be accompanied with the requisite registration fees (Once-off payment) and requisite subscription fees (bi-annual payment). Where registration is refused or rejected on any ground, the subscriptions fees will be refunded.
To qualify for registration as a student member at the Professional Level (Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Taxation), a candidate must be a qualified CA, ACCA, CIMA, CIS, ICPAZ, SAAA, IAC member, or a holder of a Master Degree in Taxation or Accounting or a ZIMRA employee or ex-Zimra employee with over 10 years work experience.
Refusal of registration
The Institute reserves the right to refuse any application for registration as a student without assigning any reason to the refusal.

What do you get upon completion of the programme?
On successful completion of the Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Taxation (Professional Conversion Programme)
, you will receive a Certificate of Completion which you will then present to the Institute of Certified Tax Accountants (email@example.com) and you will be issued with the Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Taxation, which gives you the status of a Certified Tax Accountants (CTA).
You will also be eligible for membership of the Institute of Certified Tax Accountants as an Associate Members (AICTA). This will enable you to apply for registration with the Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB) as a Registered Tax Accountant [RTAcc(z)].
